We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Blue Prism RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Development and Support professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining RPA solutions and providing on call support within our organization. You will also provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing BOTS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve the issues and notify the business users for next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
– Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity for bots in production.
– Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders on RPA implementation effectiveness.
– Proactively identify potential risks or issues in RPA processes and propose mitigation strategies Manage Application Support team which will be maintaining and supporting the bots 24*7
– Project Management activities not limited to: Operational issues management, Mentoring the team, nominating for training opportunities, Key resource building, Working with global stakeholders and improvement opportunities
– Maintain accurate documentation of RPA solutions, including change logs, version control, and release management.
– Generate reports and dashboards to track RPA performance and effectiveness.
– Document and communicate issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to the wider team.
– Conduct training sessions to educate team members on RPA support activities.
– Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.
Experience on development and test RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor”s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of strong experience in developing or supporting RPA solutions using Blue Prism tool or any Other RPA tool Proficiency in programming languages, such as C#, Python, or Java.
– Solid understanding of process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
– Familiarity with databases, APIs, and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in process automation and/or software development is preferred.
– Leading, guiding and mentoring team members to enable them to deliver quality work as per TAT and KRA Has experience in IT Service Management processes and worked extensively on Incident, Problem and Change Release management tools
