Labcorp Looking for CMO Change Lead at Bgalore Full Time

The CMO Change Lead is a key role in ensuring internal business partners are prepared for organizational change related to IT projects and other business-unit or enterprise-wide initiatives. Utilizing a broad array of tools, the Change Lead will manage and/or support assessment of impacts, communications and all necessary actions to drive an environment of understanding, acceptance and readiness across the organization. The Change Lead is a critical project team member, facilitating deliverables across multiple departments and roles.

Essential job duties include:

• Support the CMO Associate Director with key strategic and/or organizational change initiatives to develop and implement plans to effectively manage change.
• Partner with the Business and/or IT Project Managers to develop and execute the human performance change plans for all approved/assigned projects.
• Collaborate with project core team members on project planning and implementation activities.
• Select/Support Departmental Change Leaders in execution of the enterprise change plans and/or specific change plans designed to ensure for the effective cascade of key messages and sustained stakeholder adoption of changes across the organization.
• Coordinate, drive and conduct project impact analysis as well as assess all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CMO Training Manager on the development/delivery of training strategies and plans to support project change plans.
• Support project departmental SMEs to ensure for effective project plan implementation.
• Develop/Implement strategies to operationalize change management across the CTTS organization.
• Responsible for maintaining CMO process changes and technology needed to support processes and operations.
• Guide, educate and coach project team members and employees at all levels on Organizational Change Management strategies and techniques to most effectively deliver comprehensive and sustained change to the organization.
• Develop/deliver global program/project communications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
