Labcorp Looking for Corporate Secretarial and Statutory Compliance Document Management Specialist/Senior Executive Assistant at Bgalore Full Time

• Liaising with internal/external agencies for smooth functioning of statutory and compliance documentation and filing (both physical and digital)
• Follow best practices and standard guidelines for document storage, sharing, transmission and archival to ensure compliance and security of documents
• Prepare/Record changes to official documents, confirm changes with legal
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs for the leadership team
• Provides administrative support to Business Operations team and act as a point of contact between internal/external clients, visitors and Labcorp leaders
• Maintain executive’s schedule, agenda, documents, letters, memos, correspondence, diary, travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings and appointments etc
• Collaborate and coordinate with India Legal Entity Directors, Project Manager/Sr Manager (Corporate Secretarial and Statutory Compliance), external agencies and other stakeholders on communication, follow-up actions and documentation
• Manage and maintain filing system, ensuring compliance with Records Retention policies and protocols. Tracking and uploading CVs, job descriptions, and organizational charts on a regular basis

Experience:

• Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years’ professional business experience with 5+ years Corporate Secretarial and Statutory Compliance Document Management and administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to interact in a consistently professional manner with all levels of individuals both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactively raise red flags and early warning signals related to statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently and efficiently manage one’s time and meet deadlines.
• Navigate effectively in a team based corporate environment; coordinate activities among departments and outside parties.
• Excellent oral/written communication with team members, external vendors and stakeholders (phone, letter, e-mail).
• Understand internal and external customers’ requirements and expectations, and provide consistently outstanding customer service
• Competence in organizing and maintaining multiple personnel schedules

Education:

• University/college degree or post graduate degree from an appropriately accredited institution
