Key Responsibilities:
Experience in handling Admin & Industry relation issues in construction industry
General Administration & site mobilization
Strong experience in labour law & various Acts applicable as per industry requirements.
Handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters
Arrangement of Labour accommodation and basic amenities
Staff Accommodation, housekeeping, transport requirements at sites
Strong Statutory Compliance & Labour related Issues
Liaison with Govt. Departments like labour Dept., PF, ESI & Local bodies
Handling legal issues respective to sites and trade unions
Maintenance of statutory compliance records as per various acts
Managing office equipment, data, and budget
Organizing and scheduling meetings and events
Handling travel arrangements and mail distribution
