Minimum Qualification:
Graduate in any Stream

Experience:
Preferably an ex-serviceman with at least fifteen years’ experience

Age should not more than 45 years.

Proven proficiency in developing security protocols and procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead a team

CTC : 12 lacs

Objective

Responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.

Key Responsibilities :
Building a comprehensive security program that includes security of assets, infrastructure & hostel inmates.

Fostering a culture of physical security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.

Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.

Patrols and monitors assigned areas to deter, detect, report, and stop violations of the law and/or policies.

Notifies the administrative staff, police, fire department, or other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situations.

Assists administrators and staff in crises and emergency situations.

Overseeing the daily operations of the institute to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.

Managing discipline of the hostel inmates staying in girls’ and boys’ hostels.

Software Skills Preferred:
MS Office
