Key Responsibilities:
Understanding & implementing in-house CRM.
Good understanding of customer needs & requirements.
Partnering with internal & external stakeholders for smooth functioning.
MIS to be provided to Central Team for further reporting within guidelines.
Training sellers on SuFin Portal and get Quotations as per the buyer’s requirement.
Closing sales calls by negotiating with sellers and upselling to buyers.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
Desired Candidate
Good communication skills.
Strong Business acumen.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & CRM Module.
Knowledge of market research.
Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant/Officer or Sourcing Officer/Manager.
Fluent in Hindi OR Bangla and English (must)
Must be Mumbai based
Good at cold calling, data entry, negotiations, followup, liasioning etc.
