Job description :
To support Marine Barge/Loadout vessel operations Mumbai/Hazira ,familiar with Customs formalities in Mumbai/Hazira bonded facility.
Coordination for import of materials with overseas vendors for rental equipments, supplies from Mumbai/Nhavsheva with SCM Logistics, EXIM Dept, F&A and local clearing agent for delivery to Hazira yard.
Scrutinizing Commercial Invoice, packing list and certificate of origin received from overseas vendors/suppliers.
Knowledge of Customs documentation, preparation of CIPL for KSA or OMAN, coordination with inter -dept with F&A, Clearing agents, Vessel agents for inward/outward , preparation of PR, PO, familiarity with ERP system, HSE compliance.
Cargo inspection onboard Barge, attend walkthrough with PMT/Marine Installation/FAB, physical inspection and certifying cargo onboard as per CIPL. issued
Execution: Issuance of purchase requisitions, file note, List of goods with HS code, List of Restricted items, Logistics status report, Safe transportation of materials, Alerts on delays during transportation, clearance etc., .
Maintain Daily status report and update tracking sheet on loadouts/vessels/barges
Prepare Regular updates / Shipping Status Report covering movement of Inland & Overseas cargo
Issue Alerts on delays during transportation, clearance etc

Proficiency in MS office, ERP system.
