Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally

• Executive Assistance tasks like supporting ongoing projects, word processing, audio and copy typing, e-mail/letter writing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, arranging meetings and appointments and organizing travel for Senior Management.
• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases;
• Devising and maintaining office systems;
• Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases; •Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
• Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
• Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
• Planning external / internal meetings & strategic reviews
• Support projects undertaken and mention actionable terms in meetings
• Review and prepare necessary circular/notice/presentations from CEO/CFO & SNS
• Review all management related letters/circulars & documents

Key Result Areas* •Attending calendar, meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;

• Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing of ongoing projects
• Sorting and distributing incoming mails / circulars / presentation and organizing and sending outgoing mails / circulars / presentation;
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
