1. Support in organizing meeting with local villagers to maintain harmonious relations, Establish and maintain good rapport with community and local authorities including Mines inspectorate, police authorities, district authorities etc.., , Escalate issues where appropriate, Have CSR initiatives undertaken by the CSR team IN ORDER TO maintain goodwill contact with relevant community and local bodies and to facilitate uninterrupted and safe production operations on a sustained basis
2. Implement site related policies and procedures relating to administration & logistics and communicate and deploy corporate policies to all site personnel and ensure compliance IN ORDER TO have well established systems in place and policies and procedures implemented.
3. with IT to have desk top, lap tops, printers and Xerox etc installed and ensure its proper maintenance. Work out quarterly stationery requirement of the offices and procure and provide as per the requirement, monitor usages to avoid any wasteful expenditure. Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, rotational on and off records of the employees and arrange their crew change. Monitor timely raising of travel request forms and ensure travel as per authorization to avoid extra cost to company.
4. Ensure site operation adheres to all statutory compliances with respect to local regulations, Update and maintain statutory records and registers under Mines Act, Contract Labour Act etc..,
5. Maintain shift roster, Collate and source information, Analyse and prepare monthly reports in specific formats/reports IN ORDER TO provide information to management and statutory bodies.
