Serving as the point of contact for Pharma clients based in USA & Canada
Providing support to CSM’s in leading client product onboarding sessions and thereafter providing ongoing guidance and support to help our customer’s get the most out of our platform
Assisting CSM’s in preparing presentations and other support materials for clients
Developing a deep understanding of customers’ strategic priorities to help them derive business value from LARVOL solutions
Continually honing a positive relationship and maintaining consistent touchpoints with internal stakeholders and customers, always keeping their needs and desired outcomes at the forefront of everything we do
Helping to define and develop processes and strategies to increase retention, identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk
Collecting client feedback from CSM’s and working with the product development team to continue to enhance our solution offerings
Using Salesforce to maintain diligent administrative records for each customer, including the documentation of conversations
Collaborating closely with CSM’s and Sales team members to support documentation, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Responding to client needs with a sense of urgency and demonstrate excellent judgment with how/what/when to respond
