Your daily adventures will include:
Interacting with stakeholders and understanding the requirements
Reaching out to potential candidates and doing basic prechecks
Conducting campus recruitments – On campus + Off campus
Maintaining your daily data
Guiding the candidates throughout the interview process
End to end Interview coordination
Sourcing fresh candidates for different requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
Graduate or 2023 passing out
Ability to work in high pressure, deadline bound environment
Stakeholder Management
Should be a multitasker
