Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver motivational speeches and workshops to various audiences, including businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Research and analyze current trends and best practices in motivational speaking to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
• Customize speeches and training programs to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote speaking engagements.
• Provide follow-up coaching and support to clients to ensure continued success.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports on speaking engagements and client interactions.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance professional development and expand network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, public speaking, or related field.
• Proven experience as a motivational speaker, public speaker, or similar role.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of motivation, goal-setting, and personal development.
• Ability to customize speeches and training programs to meet the needs of various audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to travel to various locations for speaking engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
