Position Overview:
As a Training and Development Manager at Lotus you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development strategies that drive the growth and performance of our employees. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
2.Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs among employees.
3.Program Development: Create and manage training programs, both classroom-based and digital, to address identified skill gaps and developmental needs.
4.Curriculum Design: Develop engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, e-learning courses, and other resources.
5.Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, either personally or by coordinating with subject matter experts.
6.Evaluation and Assessment: Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
7.Budget Management: Manage the training and development budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient initiatives.
8.Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training vendors and partners to leverage external expertise and resources.
9.Technology Integration: Explore and implement modern training technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
10.Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
11.Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to groom future leaders within the organization.
12.Mentorship: Foster a culture of mentorship and coaching to support employee growth.
13.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on training and development activities and their impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2.Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager with at least 10 years of experience.
3.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
4.Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
5.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
6.Strong project management and organizational skills.
7.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8.Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
9.Certification in Training and Development or related field is a plus.
