Job Title: Technical Architect (Azure Databricks)

Job experience: 3 years to 7 Years

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• Architect and design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements over Azure Cloud.
• Design architecture and produce solution design artifacts.
• Design and implement effective database solutions and data models to store and retrieve company data
• Experienced with data warehousing concepts to design a dimensional model which can support a good analytical solution
• Evangelize re-use through implementation of shared assets
• Provide insight and direction on roles and responsibilities required for solution operations
• Ability to balance what is strategically right with what is practically realistic Knowledge and Skills Requirements Minimum of 8 years overall IT industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a solution architecture role using service and hosting solutions over Azure Cloud Experience in architecting and designing technical end to end solutions by understanding business requirements leveraging Microsoft Azure Paas services with Azure Data factory, Azure databricks, SQL Pool, Azure analysis services, ADLS, Logic App, Log Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI required.
• Knowledge of Synapse Analytics Web app Data science will be added advantage Minimum 6 years’ experience in data management, data warehousing and modelling with star schema, optimizing data models.
• Strong experience in creating semantic analytical layer in Tabular models within Azure Analysis services PBI datasets leveraging star schema and help and guide team to troubleshoot performance optimization of models
• Experience in Databricks spark python language to guide on engineering methods, standards to build an optimized solution to process and curate the data
• Excellent technical architecture skills, enabling the creation of future-proof, complex global solutions.
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standard s, cost optimization etc. Experienced in infrastructure cost assessment and monitoring and provide cost effective solutions Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit.
