Vehicles Tracking: – Individual will be responsible for regional level vehicles tracking. He must ensure once vehicle is out from customer warehouse / Factory need to be monitored till its reached at destination. Individual will be responsible for all vehicles tracking FTL / PTL / B2C Business / EV vehicles / Milk Runs. Whether it’s a First Mile pick up or Last mile delivery, Long haul, Short Haul Etc. Route Optimizations will be the main KPI. Individual need to set with operation team and understand the entire geographical understanding and Routes Etc. Ensure Daily MIS need to be maintained with all Key Parameters like: – In Tat & Out Tat. If vehicles are running late Pre intimations given to operation and CT head in advance with reasons. If Vehicle Halt at destination for more then 24 Hours CT team will give intimation to operation team to off load the vehicles. Delay In transit Vehicle status with New ETA date need to be shared on daily basis. First Attempt & DSR Need to be monitor with Undelivered reasons Etc. Top customer performance Report at regional level & Overall Tat Performance Analysis Etc. Dry KM need to track and maintained in MIS for Lease vehicles. Ontime placement & Delivery need to be monitored.

Alarm Monitoring: –

Individual need to monitor the All-critical Parameters related to Alarm and ensure such issues are highlighted to Vendor and operation team same day itself. Alarms need monitor: – Fatigue Driving, Hard Acceleration, Speeding, Risk point stoppage. Submitting the Vendor performance report on Driving and Alarm Parameters Report Etc. Individual also gives necessary information to drivers during in transit to avoid the accident & Monitor Driver Behavior etc.

Operation Excellence & Solutions: – Individual need to monitor the operations Indent assignment. Ensure for every vehicle Indent is created and details are assigned by the vendor. Regular calls with operations team to understand the on-ground challenges and solutions on those issues. Ensure operations are marking the right scan in system specially in B2C cases. Ensure they Attempt the pickup and delivery. In case any failure data need to be valid by CT and Feedback need to be given to Regional Ops manager. Ensure Vendor Tracking percentage need to be maintained and In case of low performance Reasons need to be captured. Customer Visit if required

Pre-Alert & Communications / Accidental cases: –

Person is also responsible to give regional holiday and any emergency- (Due to Political Visit / Bad Whether condition. No Entry restrictions, Pre-Alert communications to Internal team. Any Accident need to be reported asap with complete information, Along with Causes Etc. If Cross Docking required Inform Operation team & initiate the same with coordination with operation.
