“Job Title Centre Co-ordinator Department Livelihood Program Job Category Full time Reporting Authority District Livelihood Manager Location Reporting Team NA Grade / Role 6 / Assistant Responsibilities: *Manage the day to day MIS Update at the centre *Manage the back end and logistics, Procurements and upkeep of the centre *Be the front facing individual at the centre and address queries and refer and direct the youth/client to the right individual at the centre *Manage the scheduling and time tabling of the centre activities in coordination with all staff and youth *Carry out the monthly reporting to the District, State and national Offices
Other reporting as required
Coordinating day to day operation of the center *Maintaining and record keeping of center Assets *Preparing and maintaining day to day MIS updates *Maintaining attendance and log register of staff *Taking regular attendance of youths *Maintaining inventory and purchase record *Handling petty cash and inventory Desired Competencies: *Strong knowledge of MIS and Computer Skills *Ability to multi task and manage people and time *Ability to handle front desk and people *Strong People and Communication Skills
Able to follow processes correctly and use specific tools and methods of working consistently
Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills including good level of professional English
Can-do attitude and willingness to use own initiative to solve ground level problems *Well organised working style with excellent time management skills
Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required by programme
Ability to collect and process delivery evidence and data in line with key performance indicators for the programme
