Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from

eligible candidates for the position of Research Associate of Department of

Biotechnology (DBT) funded project titled ‘Study to Evaluate the Disease modifying Potential

of Intranasal Administration of Dental Pulp Stem Cells Exosomes in an Animal Model of Temporal

Lobe Epilepsy’ at Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), Bengaluru –

A constituent unit of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal –

Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University.

Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Neurophysiology
• Publications in international peer-reviewed journals
• Knowledge of animal model of temporal lobe epilepsy, Stem cell transplantations

into brain regions, Exosome isolation, Animal behavior assessment & analysis,

Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry.

• Sound knowledge and experience in writing manuscripts, project proposal and

overall laboratory management.

Duration:
For one year. Extendable on performance / need basis.

Remuneration:
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 47,000 + HRA @ 24% on consolidated pay, per month
