Role -Responsibilities, Objectives and Deliverables

Prime Responsibilities of the Role

Carrying out Raw material and Batch Oil Analysis as per specified ITP and time norms.

Carrying out Packaging material / FG testing and connected SAP transactions

Upkeep and maintainance of laboratory equipments and their calibration as per SOP’s.

Maintaing records of all test results of RM and FG as per legal requirements

Carrying out analysis of bulk chemicals

Ensue GLP, GMP, Safety and Hygiene in Manufacturing and Lab

Timely entry of production and RM testig related data in the SAP 3M Module

Objectives and deliverables of the Role

Timely and accurate analysis of RM , PM

Documentation and record control at laboratory

Equipment upkeep, calibration and documentation.

Implementing TPM activities related to manufacturing

Conducting FG audit at marico and S/C Locations.

Role Measurability Factors

Score in the Q Cert audit conducted by CQA

Score in the Lab Standardiation Audit conducted by LAP Team

Institutional Role

Training workmen on SOP’s for batch manufacturing

Actively participating in TPM activites

Housekeeping & 5S in the laboratory and manufacturing area

Team member in Six Sigma Projects

LAP (Laboratory Audit Panel) Member
