1. Good knowledge in (Conventional, Hybrid & Electric) powertrain systems.
2. Basic understanding of Model in Loop (MIL), Software in Loop (SIL) & Hardware in Loop (HIL).
3. Good hands-on experience in MATLAB & Simulink. Knowledge of AI/ML & relevant tools will be advantageous.
4. Experience with Python Automation. (Medium to Advanced level).
5. Basic understanding of Jira, Jenkins and relevant Automation platforms.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Essential and important soft skills: – Good team player, self-motivated, Scheduling, Organizing, Customer Focus, and Confidentiality.
Education: M.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace.
