Ensure daily reconciliations are completed accurately and timely, meeting working day timetable requirements
Ensure reconciling items are followed up and resolved promptly
Ensure end of day banking process are carried out timely and accurately
Review procedures to ensure are up to date
Ensure corrective actions identified as a result of incidents, breaches, near misses and external audits are fully completed and effectively embedding into the relevant operational team’s processes.
Assist in preparing regular management information on key risk areas and controls.
To encourage the team to identify opportunities to re-engineer processes, reorganise or absorb work, to constantly improve the service such that efficiency continues to improve, whilst keeping within budget
To assist in any audits taking place and clear any audit points that are raised within the timescale given.
Manage individual’s performance, coach and provide regular feedback.
Review weekly and monthly management information
To manage escalated queries.
Contribute towards departmental and company-wide projects when required
