Job description :
This position is responsible for Picking & Invoicing activities involved in the dispatch cycle. This position will primarily play a role in invoicing and support to meet the departmental invoicing target and overall companies’ target. This position involves interaction with branches and head office consistently for on time order execution as per the promised delivery dates to the customer’s.

Work Experience :
Functional Area of expertise: (Preferred background) Commercial – Supply chain – Minimum 4 to 7 years of
experience with a basic knowledge of sales tax, logistics, vendor management & quality System.
Experience: (4Min – 7Max)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or relevant field.
Location: Talegaon
Key Responsibilities :
Preparation of invoices using an ERP system.
Manage the invoicing through consistent & rigorous follow up with branches.
Handle commercial queries of the branches with regards to Sales tax.
Coordinate with outbound team for documentation and ensure picking and dispatch are done according to Operational guidelines. Responds to queries from pickers and dispatch concerning items
missing or misplaced.
Controlling end to end dispatch cycle starting from Invoicing till Material Delivery. Responsible for consignment tracking for outward shipments and communicate with branches.
Creates packing list in EXCEL according to customer dispatch clearance note /SCN. Generate MIS reports for the department.
