JobProfile

PurposeofRole:

ResponsibleforsmoothprocessingofTradeandRemittancetransactionsasassignedbytheTL/DH.Demonstratehighlevelofaccuracyandunderstandinglevelsofthetransactions.AssistTL/DHinoverallactivitiesoftheteam.

ResponsibleforpreparingandsharingvariousMISrequiredforthedepartment.CoordinatewithCSDandBranchforsmoothconductoftransactions

MainResponsibilities:

Strategic

• Demonstrate and achieve high level of accuracy in making transactions and co-ordinate with Branches toensuretimely processingofTradeandRemittancetransactions.
• Maintainandpublishthependingstatus oftransactionstobranchesandCSD
• Gainknowledgeontheregulatory,globalandinternalguidelines.
• SupportinpreparationregulatoryreturnslikeR-ReturnandotherinternalandHOrelatedreports.
• ExecuteanyadditionalactivitiesassignedbyDHasperrequirements.
• Support launching of New Product arrangement by conducting UAT.Financial
• Shareinitiativestowardscostreduction,automation anddigitizationandsupportseniorsinexecutionofthesame.

Customer

• Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the function’s reputation and meet customer’s expectations.WorkinpartnershipwithBranchestowardsexecutionofTradeandremittancetransactionsintimelymanner.Work with CSD and branches towards timely resolution of transaction discrepancies and customer queries.Update status of pending documents and send suitable correspondence and do follow up with BranchesPeople
• SupportteamandDHforcreatingappropriatebackupsystem.Takeinitiativestoguideandtrainnewjoinersandjunior staff.

Other/Control.

• Support the Department Head in ensuring a high level of customer service is adopted by all members of theteam andescalateanyunresolveditems immediately.
• Ensure that all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed, confirmed and settled in a timelyand accuratebasis,inaccordanceto setprocedures.
• Proactivelyinvolveinalertresolution
• Maintaingoodworkingknowledgeofindustrytrends,products,relevantlawsandregulations.
• AdheretoBank policiesaswellasguidelines
• Ensure guidelines related to sanctions screening, ATFF checks etc are strictly adhered to and QA results atdesired levels
• ProvidesupporttotheteambyassistingindaytodayworkingoftheDepartment.

• Assistcustomersinresolvingqueriespertainingtotheiraccount.
• TimelysubmissionofStatutoryandMISreports.
• Escalateanyunresolvedcomplexenquiriestomore experiencedmembersoftheteam.

CandidateProfile

Skills&Knowledge:Minimum2-3yearsofexperience

• StrongPCskills(MSOffice).
• Soundknowledgeofthedepositoperation.
• Goodinterpersonalskillstodealcourteouslyandeffectivelywithothers.
• Goodunderstandingofbasicbankingproducts.
