JobProfile

PurposeofRole:

Responsibleforsmooth processingofTradeandRemittancetransactionsasassigned bytheTL/DH.Demonstratehighlevelofaccuracyandunderstandinglevels ofthetransactions.AssistTL/DHinoverall activitiesoftheteam.

Responsibleforpreparingandsharingvarious MISrequiredforthedepartment.CoordinatewithCSDandBranchforsmooth conductoftransactions

MainResponsibilities:

Strategic

• Demonstrate and achieve high level of accuracy in making transactions and co-ordinate with Branches toensure timely processingofTradeandRemittancetransactions.
• Maintainandpublish thependingstatus oftransactionstobranches andCSD
• Gainknowledgeontheregulatory,globalandinternalguidelines.
• SupportinpreparationregulatoryreturnslikeR-ReturnandotherinternalandHOrelatedreports.
• ExecuteanyadditionalactivitiesassignedbyDHasperrequirements.
• Support launching of New Product arrangement by conducting UAT.Financial
• Shareinitiativestowardscostreduction,automation anddigitizationandsupport seniorsinexecutionofthesame.

Customer

• Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the function’s reputation and meet customer’s expectations.WorkinpartnershipwithBranchestowards executionofTradeandremittancetransactionsintimelymanner.Work with CSD and branches towards timely resolution of transaction discrepancies and customer queries.Update status of pending documents and send suitable correspondence and do follow up with BranchesPeople
• SupportteamandDHforcreating appropriatebackupsystem.Takeinitiativestoguideandtrainnewjoinersandjunior staff.

Other/Control.

• Support the Department Head in ensuring a high level of customer service is adopted by all members of theteam andescalateanyunresolveditems immediately.
• Ensure that all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed, confirmed and settled in a timelyand accuratebasis,inaccordanceto setprocedures.
• Proactivelyinvolveinalertresolution
• Maintaingoodworking knowledgeofindustry trends,products,relevant lawsandregulations.
• AdheretoBank policiesaswellasguidelines
• Ensure guidelines related to sanctions screening, ATFF checks etc are strictly adhered to and QA results atdesired levels
• Providesupporttotheteambyassisting indaytodayworking oftheDepartment.
• Assistcustomersinresolvingqueries pertainingtotheir account.
• TimelysubmissionofStatutoryandMISreports.
• Escalateanyunresolvedcomplexenquiriestomore experiencedmembersoftheteam.

CandidateProfile

Skills&Knowledge:Minimum3-5yearsofexperience

• StrongPCskills(MSOffice).
• Soundknowledge ofthedepositoperation.
• Goodinterpersonalskillstodealcourteouslyandeffectivelywithothers.
• Goodunderstandingofbasicbanking products.
