* Identifying & developing business opportunities/prospecting for new customers for the business * Relentless research and efforts to identify new prospects to build a strong pipeline * Interacting with Prospects and Customers by making presentations. Give product demos to customers * Being the single point of contact for the customer, gathering & qualify their requirements * Maintaining connections with customers through regular and periodic follow up on phone/emails / LinkedIn etc. till such time they are converted as positive prospects * Tracking and reporting daily/weekly/monthly progress. Using HubSpot as a CRM tool and maintaining 100% disciple on the same * Increase and improve one’s knowledge and understanding of the HR faculty/HR Tech/SaaS industry * Take ownership of tasks, activities, and deliverables * Train and increase understanding of the Zimyo Product offerings (Product plus other offerings/schemes) and be always hands-on with such offerings.
