Experience

• 5+ years of experience
• In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
• Capital Markets Trade Reporting experience ( working understanding of the asset classes, FX, IRD etc.)
• Experience understanding regulatory obligations
• Experience working with XML data interfaces
• Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
• Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques.
• Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
• Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
• Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
• Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision making
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
• Responsible for capturing and grooming requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements.
• Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc.) in order to articulate business need and solution requirements.
• Produce As Is and To Be Process Models
• Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
• Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
• Works with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
• Assists the Product Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories, including facilitating and influencing the prioritization of the backlog
• Expert in translating end user / customer insights into Epics and Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the development Team and Traceable
• Participates in workshops
• Analyze the impact of proposed solutions holistically in order to produce Business Impact Assessments
• In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
• Capital Markets Trade Reporting experience ( working understanding of the asset classes, FX, IRD etc)
• Experience understanding regulatory obligations (CFTC, ASIC, EMIR, MIFID etc)
• (At least 2- 3 years experience in the above areas)
• Experience working with XML data interfaces
• Agile Experience Min 2 years (Agile work Environment)
• Generic BA Skill (Data gathering, writing stories, process as is)
• Good communication & Stakeholder Management
• Worked in distributed team
