The Role: Scrum Master
The Location: HYD, GGN.
Responsibilities:
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization.
Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Help the Development Team to create high-value products.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. Help manage risks and dependencies within the Scrum Team.
Escalate and track impediments within the Scrum Team. Facilitating to getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
Measure, monitor key Team level predictability, functionality and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of related work experience
Shown ability in leading multi-functional teams
Ability to work in a collaborative environment at all levels in the organization
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in an excelling environment
