Job Description

• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Identifying customers needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
• Collaborate with our creative talent to enrich the storytelling with attractive design language input
• Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all channels of communication
• DIGITAL drive high-level concepting, tactical program ideation and copywriting for a wide range of marketing outputs from short-form video and social postcards to web experiences and offline activations
• Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and API documentation
• Analyze complex technical information and translate it into clear and concise language appropriate for the intended audience
• Create diagrams and other visual aids to help convey technical concepts
• Review and update existing technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure technical content is accurate and up-to-date
