1. Setting up and configuring of new devices after the purchase and billing
2. Resolving escalated customer complaints
3. Providing Support services to customers like: device activation, data transfers, troubleshooting, configuration etc.
4. Doing customer trainings
5. Attending Outbound customer calls
6. Maintaining in store and outbound client database
7. Updating clients with the new features and updates
8. Increasing attach and doing upsell by suggesting insurance, 3PP and other products to customers.
9. Maintaining all servers and network inside the stores
10. Store equipment and demo device maintenance
11. Maintaining Demo Content
12. Taking follow up and ensuring demo device warranty
13. Make sure demo devices are ready for demos – checking for charging, pairing etc.
14. Assisting Sales during demos to answer customer queries
15. Keeping yourself updated with latest tech news and other information like – software updates, New operating system etc.
