About the job
Traffic Controller, seeking the unification of tools, services, and platforms to be a leader in the generation of quality and opportunity strategies for the company, ensuring compliance with the targets committed to our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide input into the CIP transition plan (ideally dedicated role to one country). (RMS + CPS)
Owns the capacity planning (based on the Output plans) and align with PHUB and Infrastructure needs and keep this updated – escalate in case of mis-alignment
Major role focus during Operational / Commercial readiness transition phases; controls database categorisation (generic, primary) and tracks set up status accordingly.
Responsible for reporting progress and status against database set up plan, ensuring BDP in transition processes is followed and executing any country specific processes to support transition (e.g. client service process).
Responsible for metric reporting in relation to CIP transition projects. This involves the provision and analysis of metrics to highlight project status, issues and resource bottlenecks – supporting the both E2E and Local Transition Leads, and entire project team
Sets priorities in alignment with NOC for dB set-up; aligns with RC
Participates in the “regional/local daily call” – is the spokesperson to PHUB
Ensures accurate data maintenance (keep platforms aligned), and alignment to BAU systems in eClipse TV and QLS to support metric reporting – customising as required to support local country requirements, using and sharing BDP with Traffic Controllers in other countries.
