Job Overview:
This role will collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver required services .
What you’ll do:
Performing Technical Service Desk for End User .
Required Skills:
Call handling, Ticket sanitization,
ITSM tools (Manage Engine – Service Desk Plus),
SOP based telephonic support to End users,
Coordinate with EUS team.
