Greet and welcome visitors to the Fitness Experience Centre.

Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, and help them choose suitable fitness products.

Understand the requirements of the customer and suggest products accordingly

Must be able to handle billing and POS software

Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues or complaints.

Maintain the inventory of products and update the requirements

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all customers.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations at the store.

Assist in organising and promoting fitness events and activities.
