Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support via email, chat, and voice channels. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our company. The ideal candidate should have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills and a proven track record in customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice, providing efficient and effective customer service.
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
3. Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.
5. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to clients.
6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a relevant field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
3. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
8. Must be able to work in different shifts, catering to clients in the US.
