We are looking for a highly motivated Account Specialist (Inside Sales) in India to run lead qualification and sales conversion activities for new and repeat business. The successful candidate will collaborate with the field-based sales teams to address the needs of each customer and deliver outstanding account management support.

The Account Specialist will be responsible for growing product usage per user and accelerating lead conversion, as well as working to ensure the retention and progression of existing customers by actively building relationships and delivering up to date product information.
Other responsibilities include:
– Handling incoming sales leads and nurturing to conversion
– Delivering up-to-date technical product updates to customers (new and existing)
– Actively implement sales campaigns at the support of the marketing teams
– Adhere to standard methodologies for tracking, recording and detailing relevant commercial intelligence
– Provide office-based support to the field sales team in active territories
