Job description:

We are seeking enthusiastic professional Performance Test Consultants to join our growing Performance Engineering teams in India. You will join a global Performance Engineering Practice and deliver performance testing and engineering services to our top-tier client base in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This role involves analyzing performance risk, planning, engineering, scripting, executing performance tests, and monitoring system performance using a variety of tools on your own or as part of a team. You will be given the tools you need to advance your skills and experience while developing a rewarding career and adding true value to your career and clients.

Skill and Experience:

• The ideal person should have 8 -15 years of Performance testing experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with resources in other Planit regions
• Proficient and hands-on experience in JMeter or Load Runner
• Basic GIT and source code management
• Experience in creating, executing, and troubleshooting tests across at least 2 protocols. (HTTP/HTML, API, Browser-based)
• Must be well versed in using performance tools for advanced test script development beyond the built-in record and playback capabilities.
• Must be well able to describe clearly the results of a performance test.
• Must be able to work with technical teams to diagnose and assist in resolving performance and scalability issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Must have cloud testing experience in AWS Or Azure Or GC
• Must have hands-on experience with Monitoring tools like Jvisual VM, Perfmon, Jconsole, Dynatrace, New Relic, App Dynamics, CloudWatch, and Splunk
• Must be good in coding using bean-shell, javascript, and basic C, C++
• Hands-on experience on JIRA and Confluence
• Well-versed with Linux commands with a basic understanding of the query language along with Workload Modelling Experience

Work Experience: 8-15 years

Responsibilities:

• Min. 3+ years of hands-on experience in JMeter or Load runner.
• Must be able to get create a script and test scenarios in JMeter or Load runner for Web (HTTP/HTML) and API testing.
• Must be well versed in using JMeter for advanced test script development. JMeter skills need to be beyond simple recording, parameterize and playback.
• Must be well able to describe clearly and simply the results of a performance test in the context of business risk/value.
• Should be able to set up and interpret system and application monitoring.

Notice period: Immediate to 45 days.
