Posimind Consulting Looking for Senior Production Engineer – Ahmedabad at Ahmedabad Full Time

Responsible for Production operations, Production Planning & ControlThis includes the following duties:• Strong focus on strict time bound Production Schedules with focus on customer requirement• Strong Interpersonal Skills• Ability to manage a team of 15 to 20 Operators working on different production lines• Strong understanding of Production Reporting systems, Analysis & continuous improvement• Strong understanding of TPM concepts with weightage on Preventive Maintenance• Knowledge of Costing, Estimation is a must• Experience in Quality tools such as 5S, Poka Yoke, Kanban system, Control Charts, FMEA, RCA etc. will be given preference• Strong communication skills in Hindi & local language (Gujarati desired) with working knowledge of English• Working knowledge desired on Computer applications such as MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Outlook, Autocad (preferred, not mandatory)Qualification / Experience / skillsGraduate / Engineer / ITI / Diploma (experience will be given higher weightage than exact degree or diploma)• Experience in the Engineering goods manufacturingExperience of at least 8 years in overall production field• Experience in workshop machinery, handling tools such as Hydraulic Press, Cylinders, Heat Treatment, WeldingExperience in Sheet metal working, Sheet metal forming on Hydraulic or Power press is preferred• General awareness of Quality systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS• High Energy level, Flexible, Disciplined & Punctual.
