Job Responsibilities :
As a Customer Service Planner, you will collaborate with Distributor / Customer Teams, P&G Sales and Product Supply Teams (Esp. DTLL / CTLL) to delivery important metrics. You are responsible to drive Service Excellence across Channels esp. MR / D-Com. You will closely co-ordinate on Order Fulfilment and bring up on any stock concerns and MR inventory / non-performing inventory optimizations. You will also work on the setting up the Self-Service Channel Activations – Systems Integration, Data Collaboration, OSA Activation & Optimal SND.
Your team :
This role reports to India DTLL Leaders with dotted line to Customer Team leaders. You will work closely with Site AE/AMs and accountable to the CCEO for Service levels.
How success looks like :
Functional performance – Your performance will be measured in terms of – Service Excellence (As Measured by Customer), On Shelf Availability, Efficient SND for Self Service
Revenue and profits – You will be a Key Contributor to Top line via Increased Revenues behind Service Excellence & Self-Service Activations
Time-based performance – You will be responsible to drive Supply Network Optimizations in the Self-Service Supply Chain. You will lead the Systems, Process Integrations with our Customers.
Employee growth – As you will collaborate closely with DTLL, Sales & Distributor teams you will develop deep business knowledge and also develop leadership / negotiation skills.
Responsibilities of the role
Deliver Service Excellence and be the #1 Supplier to our customers
Work closely with DTLL / CTLL / Distributor team to enhance order fulfilments and max. site service levels
Develop Self Service Supply Chain Activation including OSA Capability
Implement SND for our Self-Service Supply Chain to optimize cost and enhance Service levels
Leading Systems & Process Integration for Self Service Stores
Job Qualifications
Qualifications :
Graduate having following must have skills
Communication & Presentation Skills (Written / Oral) Excel & Power BI / Knime Operating with subject area and collaborative skills to drive key processes
Good to Have
Negotiation Skills
Has Customer or Supply Chain Experience of 2-5 years.
