Job Description

Main responsibilities

• Ensuring correctness of medium-level projects ensuring that reported figures give a true and fair view of the financial position, and managing a portfolio of projects.
• Supporting Project Managers and Leads in making solid decisions based on facts.
• Seamless and efficient execution of financial project management support processes.
• Ensuring compliance to project handling policies.
• Managing financial risk related to projects.

Client invoicing

Communication with Project managers

Project monitoring

Project Admin work: New project set-up, budget update, project maintenance, project closure

Qualifications

• 4 plus years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at medium-level projects with limited supervision
• Manager’s assessment of ability to undertake the above responsibilities
