Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BCA graduate with expertise in both management consulting and software programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients in areas such as process improvement, organizational design, and digital transformation, while also leveraging their programming skills to develop and implement software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting services to clients in areas such as process improvement, organizational design, and digital transformation

Develop and implement software solutions that meet client needs, utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, Google Sheet

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client requirements

Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and industry trends in both management consulting and software programming

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Participate in the development and delivery of training materials to help clients maximize the value of software solutions

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of work

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or related field

0-2+ years of experience in management consulting and software programming

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and C++,Google Sheet

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices

Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in industries such as healthcare and finance
