RazerTech Consulting is looking to hire an Integration Specialist for a fast-growing organization based in the HealthTech Domain.Experience : 1-5 years onlyLocation : RemoteJob Responsibilities :Understand capabilities of the Company’s SaaS Product as an integration product on client side.Work with customers and integration partners through initial discovery to understand their integration needs.Evaluate integration possibilities with partners to advise and determine the scope and feasibility/technical hurdles of any proposed integrations.Serve as the go-to resource for integration knowledge, both internally and externally, so that there is a clear understanding, with supporting documentation, of all integration capabilities.Be a single point of contact between integration team and company’s team while integrations are in-progress.Assist integration team on the technical queries for the integrations.Prioritize the pipeline of integrations and implementations after discussing with company’s sales team.Manage, track and document integration progress with all customers/partners.Ensure timely responses and customer service to our clients using our integrations and those seeking new integrations.Implement and refine processes to ensure integrations are rolled out and coordinated as effectively as possible.Communicate enhancement/improvement/defect opportunities to the Product Manager to improve the user experience for users of the integrations.BASIC QUALIFICATIONAn API integration manager requires a combination of technical expertise and project management skills .Here are the basic qualification details we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of software development using Javascript, ReactJS, AngularJS, C# languageMaximum 1 year of experience with managing medium to large scale API integrations, including technical project management and business requirement gathering.Knowledge of working with APIs, APIs request/response and URL parametersStrong understanding of web service architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, Web-socketProject management skills including the ability to develop and manage integration-plans, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Ability to deal with global clients.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and remain calm when dealing with real-time integration issues faced by the integration-team.Collaborative, team-oriented mindsetHighly organized and detail-orientedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONExperience in working for SaaS companies.Experience in working for healthcare companies.
