Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and develop effective strategies to increase revenue and market.Job Description -1.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances2. Work on potential collaboration opportunities with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, wellness centres and develop joint marketing initiatives to increase brand exposure3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, medical professionals, and beauty influencers.4.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets5.Represent the clinic at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events6.Develop joint marketing initiatives, such as cross-promotional campaigns, to increase brand exposure7.Identify potential collaboration opportunities with corporates to associate with them as a part of corporate wellness program.Eligibility criteria:-· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field· Proven experience of Business Development in the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry.· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.· Flexibility to travel for meetings, conferences, and events as required. Excellent Communication SkillsFixed Salary – INR 4 to 6 Lac plus Incentives + Annual Bonus
