Graduate and/ or Diploma in footwear technology from FDDI/CFTI/GLI etc.

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The candidate should have experience in production or quality control department of footwear company. The initial posting of the candidate will be in Delhi/NCR, however they should be willing to relocate anywhere in Northern India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
To do the random inspection of footwear at Vendor’s Premises as per approved samples color, design & quality to avoid financial loss to the organization.
To ensure quality compliance as per quality norms.
Customer Oriented
To follow up with the Vendor’s production team for quality & delivery improvements.
People Oriented
To intimate reporting manager in case of any deviation w.r.t quality or material if found.
Internal Business Process
To do random checks of in process goods & ensure that all raw materials used are as per approved samples.
To share the audit report on a daily basis and provide ways/means/action for possible solution for eradicating the problems witnessed.
