– Negotiated quotations and convert deals in Order.

– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and generate referral clients.

– Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.

– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

– Understanding the products and services provided by the customer.

– Resolving customer complaints and queries.

– Providing detailed information to customers.

– Following up with customers for any further information.

– Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Education
