JD for AD Administrator: Resource should have strong experience with AD administration activities to perform L3 level support.
Should take up AD health check as per Microsoft standards and trouble shoot issues and provide solution.
Capable of troubleshooting, fixing and/or providing solution to AD Health issues related to Replication, CPU utilization, daily diagnosis, server availability etc.
Perform all responsibilities related to AD domain and forest administration, including: i. create and manage approved forests and domains ii. create and manage approved domain, forest, and realm trusts iii. manage Windows Time Service iv. administer SYSVOL v. manage the global catalog vi. manage operation master roles vii. administer AD Backup and Recovery viii. administer the AD database ix. administer domain controllers x. Decommission domain controllers xi. perform periodic cleanup activities of the AD database xii. recommend third-party tools to improve AD administration, management, backup, and reliability (Install, Configure, and operate any tools that are Approved by MVWS) xiii. provide all access required to MVWS personnel as Approved by MVWS security team including administrator and other key account access
Perform all responsibilities related to AD certificate and public key management
Perform all responsibilities for Active Directory group policy management activities
Perform all responsibilities for Active Directory account management and administration (For users, Sites and Services)
Configure, manage, and Support Active Directory federation services (ADFS) on need basis
Configure, manage, and Support Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services
Configure and Support Active Directory Rights Management Services
