Sales Account Manager /Business Development Manager-AI/ML
Job Responsibilities:
1. The person would be responsible for overall client relationship management across various stakeholders.
2. Responsible in selling software & services solutions in the Product Software Engineering Services Space (AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud, Web applications, Mobility, IOT, R&D)
3. Experience in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing.
4. Work closely with Relationship Partner and create an account plan, client stakeholder mapping and strategize our approach and management of the client
5. Be a bridge between the client and Engineering team and ensure that the deliverables are done as per client satisfaction
6. Create leads and enhance the share of the wallet
7. Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements
8. Understand the competition and devise our strategy accordingly
9. Tasks and responsibilities of a BDM include but are not limited to:
Skills:
1. Should have 8-15 years of experience in sales and client management role
2. Good experience in selling enterprise software solutions & services in the Information Technology Services across domains – specifically in the Product Engineering Space
3. Ability to understand, articulate & effectively position the Value proposition of the Solutions & Services
4. Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos.
5. Must be comfortable working with executive management as well as articulating strategy, solutions, and services.
6. Analytical and negotiation skills, ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues to apply that knowledge at solving problems and executing action plans.
7. Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models
8. Should have a track record of building and executing successful sales strategies.
