QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER | mySchneider Web

Work Experience: 2-5 Yrs

Strong Quality Assurance Background, with knowledge of QA techniques, tools

Good knowledge in STLC (Software Test Life Cycle) – right from QA to Production environment

Proficient and hands on in manual testing, automation testing

Familiar with at least 1 test management tool. Jira is a plus

Should have a background in Web Application testing preferably – ATG end to end right up to UAT/implementation

Should have a good experience API Testing, System & Regression Testing

Knowledge in any CRM platform is a plus

Should have a good idea and exposure to test automation using java & selenium

Experience in automating test cases for Responsive web applications (IOS/Android) – (Selenium is a plus)

At least 2 yrs. experience in performance testing – JMeter/LoadRunner or any other tool.

Knowledge on security testing

Working experience in agile – Scrum methodology

Ability to design, manage & execute effective Test Cases/Test Report/Bug report

Strong and proactive communication skills

Experience in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor ( 2-5 years experience)

Design and develop automation framework for both web and mobile

Automate functional and regression test cases on both web and mobile platform

Maintain automated test cases / Fix script issues and email reports to stakeholders

Execute and write functional/regression and security test cases

Perform load test during every release and email reports to stakeholders

Ability to understand test requirement

Business / Soft Skills and Experience:
Good relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence

Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams

Ability to work closely with globally dispersed stakeholders from Business

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
