Job Summary :
To conduct technical training on concrete & construction equipment viz., Batching plant, concrete pump, Excavator, Wheel loader, Motor grader.

Must have skills :
MS – office,Profiency in Tamil,English,Spoken Hindi.

Nice to have skills :
Trainer experience

Ready to relocate and extensive official travel

Electrical / Hydraulic Knowledge

Hands on experience on concrete or construction equipment

Good Orator.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Executing the technical training program for Operators for concrete Boom pump, Batching plant, Excavator, Loader and other concrete and construction equipment

Technical Training shall be conducted as OJT, classroom training and Factory assembly.

Hand-holding the trainees at sites to carry out the training effectively.

Provide inputs from the field on region specific training needs

Calling the trainees and technical institutes to mobilize the participants for these technical programs.

Extensive travelling will be involved to conduct the on job Training

Upkeep and maintain records of the training documents.

Good working knowledge on MS power point, MS excel sheets & MS word document is required to develop the training materials and modules.

Preparing the customer quotes and follow up on it

Liaising with customers and inter departments to fulfil their training requirement.
