Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for assets brand compliancy for Social Media assets

Validation of incoming requests from publishers by ServiceNow ticket and upload assets with metadata completeness and accuracy

Good level of communication with Aprimo DAM Governance, SM governance and with publishers

Being Aprimo super user and expert in Aprimo meta data model and executing Aprimo training related to SM assets

Listening to the voice of SM publishers and propose enhancements

Data excellence for Social media assets, meaning continuous data checks and cleaning activities to ensure quality and findability of SM assets, Report on SM asset activities

Participate to regular meetings to maintain high level of understanding on new deliverables coming

Team up with Aprimo DAM Advanced Analytics Expert to get insights to support data quality, migrations, and any other purpose related to data excellence and Social Media asset use

Preferred candidate profile

Bachler degree and 3 years of experience (CS/IS, or Library Science is a plus)

Experience in Asset Librarian role in frame of Digital Asset Management Systems (Aprimo DAM is a plus)

Familiar with Social media and Branding

Demonstrated proficiency in managing metadata

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Must Have basic photo editing skills with some graphic software (photoshop)

Good time management skill to work with tight schedule to meet SLA

Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, Service Now, PowerShell for mass asset upload

Highly organized and detail oriented, with the proven ability to effectively manage thousands of images and assets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
