Key Accountabilities:

Looking for an engineer with 5-9 years of experience in Project Execution support. As a Project Assistant you will support the Project Management team in Denmark executing Cement Plant Projects for clients around the world.

About the role:

You will be part of the Cement Industry Project Execution team that implements the Capital and Upgrade Projects. By joining this team, you will have a chance to work for projects across the world, ensuring our client projects are executed on schedule, within budget and at the highest quality. You will work closely with Project Coordinators & Project Directors and assist them on a day to day works.

Key responsibilities:

• Cooperate closely with the Project Directors & Project Coordinators in Denmark on all project related tasks
• Develop/Update/revise project schedule in ATLAS ERP system
• Add missing sales prices, Missing data, Add/revise stakeholders for transmittal in ATLAS
• Dispatches Project Documentation to both Clients and Sites (offline CD ‘s and hardcopy)
• Monitor and follow-up on Project deliveries in ATLAS
• Monitor and follow-up on Corrective Action deliverables in Intelex system
• Coordinate travels for both Project Management and the Site Management team including Visa application
• Prepare internal and customer reports together with the Project team
• Follow-up on project deliverables executed out of India (Through Warroom)

Qualification / Work Experience:

• Experience with international projects

• Effective and efficient coordination
• Structured record keeping
• Good communication skills (multilingual, however, fluency in English is a must both verbally and in writing)

Very experienced in the use of MS office package especially Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,438.24 – ₹75,000.00 per month
