Initiate and plan Market Development activities aligned to marketing and sales
objectives as well as execute the same along with Sales team
– Relevant and interesting scientific agenda
– Faculty and attendees as per specified selection criteria
– Activity reports and necessary coordination with the EISEs wherever reqd.

Faculty engagement – Engage with respective faculty on a regular basis and
responsible for all necessary documentation w.r.t. the agreements/honorariums etc.

Elicit feedback from important KOLs around the content requirements before
important interventions like MEPs, SoTM etc

Post activity follow-ups and feedback gathering from the attendees around the content
and delivery of the modules

Facilitate the team members for dissemination on infection prevention and
wound management practices to the paramedical customers (OT staff, nurses, ward
staff)

Product & Procedure training for the identified new joinees/ low performing sales
team members, which would also include joint field working with these identified
individuals.
Job Specification:
Candidate must be from Science background
Min. 4 years of exp. in pharma sales as MR or ABM
Good communication skills
Age: upto 35 years
Note: This role is a mix of sales + marketing + training.
Prof. Ed. is mainly responsible for arranging for the faculties (experienced
surgeons) who can give lectures in the Market Development
Activities(Workshops conducted in nursing home).
They coordinate with the sales staff in arranging Market Development
Activities.
Experienced candidates having good connections with doctors will be a good
match.
