Major Responsibilities

Support Function: End users in Mobile device enrolment, configuration, and provisioning.

Hosting distributing and managing web based applications using MDM solution.

Device management, including policy enforcement, remote control, and troubleshooting.

Application management, distribution, and updates.

Content management and secure file sharing.

Security measures, including device encryption, passcode policies, and remote lock/wipe capabilities.

Reporting and analytics on device usage, compliance, and security.

Internal query resolution by through different channels.
